Lucky Grounds is preparing to offer premium coffee designed for every day enjoyment, whether at home or in the office.

Our focus is on:

• Quality coffee you can feel good about drinking regularly
• Simple options without unnecessary complexity
• A product which fits naturally into routines people already have

Coffee is the foundation of what we are building.

While Lucky Grounds is launching as a coffee subscription service, subscribing is always optional.

You can:

• Subscribe for recurring coffee deliveries
• Purchase coffee when available without subscribing
• Or choose not to purchase coffee at all

No option gives an unfair advantage when it comes to giveaways.

 In addition to great coffee, Lucky Grounds plans to offer monthly sweepstakes with exciting prizes.

Each sweepstakes period will:

• Run for a defined time frame
• Include one or more prizes
• Be governed by official rules published prior to launch

Every entry is treated fairly and transparently.

 No purchase is required to enter or win any Lucky Grounds sweepstakes.

Participants will always have access to a free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE), which provides the same chance to win as entries associated with a purchase.

Purchasing coffee does not increase the odds of winning.

All valid entries, whether submitted through a purchase or through the alternate method of entry are treated equally.

From time to time, Lucky Grounds may offer promotions related to entries, but:

• No method of entry is given unfair odds
• All entries are subject to the same selection process.

Winner selection is based on chance.

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during each entry period. 

Selection may be conducted using a third-party randomization tool or service to ensure fairness and transparency. 

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

 Giving back is an important part of the Lucky Grounds mission.

As the brand grows, Lucky Grounds plans to support charitable organizations which align with our values and the communities we serve.

Details around charitable contributions may evolve over time and will be shared as they are finalized.
