The Lucky Grounds Coffee Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is intended to provide eligible participants with an opportunity to enter for a chance to win prizes during designated entry periods. These Draft Official Rules outline the general framework for how the Sweepstakes is expected to operate.
Final details, including entry methods, prize descriptions, and timing, are subject to change and will be finalized prior to launch.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lucky Grounds LLC, United States (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household, may be ineligible to participate. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply and will be outlined in the final Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes without making any purchase through the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”), described below.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through one of the following methods during an active entry period, subject to final rules:
Participants may receive entries in connection with eligible purchases made through Lucky Grounds Coffee, subject to any limits or conditions described in the final Official Rules.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by using the Alternate Method of Entry. AMOE entries are free and will be treated equally to entries received through a purchase.
Full AMOE instructions will be provided in the final Official Rules prior to the launch of the Sweepstakes.
Limits on the number of entries per person, per household, or per entry period may apply. Any applicable limits will be clearly stated in the final Official Rules.
Prizes may be awarded on a monthly or other periodic basis, as determined by the Sponsor.
Prize types, quantities, and approximate retail values (ARV), if applicable, will be disclosed in the final Official Rules prior to each Sweepstakes period. Prizes may vary from period to period.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize will be permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Potential winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
Winner selection may be conducted using a third-party random selection tool or service.
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry, within a reasonable timeframe following the close of the entry period. Failure to respond to notification within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
By accepting a prize, winners may be required to grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes, where permitted by law, without additional compensation. Details will be outlined in the final Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Information collected from participants will be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state designated by the Sponsor, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Official Rules are provided in draft form only and are subject to change. Final Official Rules will be published prior to the start of any Sweepstakes promotion. Participation will be governed by the final Official Rules in effect at the time of entry.
